I was diagnosed with anemia before a blood transfusion and began taking this supplement. I had been experiencing anaemia during pregnancy, and while I was on medication, the iron preparations caused constipation and stomach pain. Consulting a doctor led me to try supplements. By the third month, my anaemia symptoms improved. The cause in my case was uterine fibroids, so I plan to continue this supplement until menopause. My terribly stiff shoulders have improved, and I'm very grateful for this supplement. I only took one tablet daily, making it quite cost-effective.
